About Us

A small, intimate place built for real recovery.

Sylmar Treatment Center is a DHCS-licensed and Joint Commission accredited adult behavioral healthcare facility in Sylmar, California. With just six residential beds, every person receives the time, care, and dignity they deserve.

Our Philosophy of Care

"Recovery requires more than treatment — it asks for a place quiet enough to be vulnerable, and steady enough to be trusted."

At Sylmar Treatment Center, philosophy is not a marketing line — it is the shape of every decision we make. We treat the whole person: their history, their struggles, their strengths, and their future. Sustainable recovery transcends symptom management; it is built quietly, in safety, over time.

Our team understands the weight families carry. We answer questions with patience, communicate openly, and stay connected through every stage of recovery.

  • Ongoing communication aligned with HIPAA and the resident's consent
  • Discharge planning that includes the people who will be there after
